Intellectual Property Rights

This page sets out who owns the material on this store, what you may and may not do with it, and how to report an infringement. It applies to maison-verdelle.com, its subdomains, and the Maison Verdelle accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

1) What we own

All photography, imagery, video, product copy, page copy and graphic design on this store are the exclusive property of Maison Verdelle and are protected by international copyright law. The Maison Verdelle name, logo and word mark are our trade marks.

The front-end implementation of this store, meaning the customisations, integrations and component code that make up the storefront, is the property of STACK BRANDS and is licensed for use on maison-verdelle.com only. Where a part of it derives from a third-party base theme or application, that part remains the property of its own author and is equally not free to redistribute.

2) What is not permitted

Without our prior written consent you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, distribute or otherwise use any of the material described above, for personal or commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

use on a website, blog, marketplace listing or eCommerce store;
use in advertising, social media or any other digital or print channel;
reproducing the storefront design or its component code, in whole or in part, on another store;
removing, altering or obscuring any copyright notice, watermark or embedded metadata.

Normal browser caching is the only exception.

3) How this is enforced

Our photography carries embedded copyright metadata, and the storefront implementation carries identifying markers throughout its structure and code. Both are used to trace unauthorised use. We monitor for reproductions of our imagery and of this storefront, and we act on what we find: takedown notices to the host and the platform, and a claim against the operator of the copy.

4) Requesting permission

Permission is possible and is granted in writing. Email support@maison-verdelle.com with the specific material you wish to use, where and how it would be shown, the purpose, and for how long. It costs less than the alternative.

5) Reporting an infringement of your rights
