Torso length is what pulls
Not your hip. A bodysuit can fit everywhere and still drag at the shoulders or cut at the gusset, because the measurement that decides it runs shoulder to crotch. Most size charts never ask for it.

Leg cut
The leg line changes how it sits
A high-cut leg lengthens the line and sits tighter across the hip. A lower cut covers more and moves more. Neither is the better fit, they are different fits, and the photographs show which one you are buying.

The honest answers
How do I pick my size?
Measure your torso: from the shoulder, down through the legs and back to the same shoulder. Match that to the size guide alongside your usual bust and hip. Torso length is what decides whether a bodysuit sits right, and it is the measurement most size charts leave out.
How does it fasten?
Snap fastenings at the gusset on most pieces, so it opens without having to come off. Where a piece works differently, or is open by design, the product details say so before you buy.
Can I wear it as a top?
Yes, and several of these are cut for exactly that. The lined and opaque pieces work under a blazer or with high-waisted trousers. The sheer ones are sheer on purpose, and the photographs show them as they are.
Will it ride up?
That is the one thing a bodysuit does not do, as long as the torso length is right. Too short and it pulls at the shoulders instead, which is why we size on torso rather than hip alone.
Is it see-through?
Sheer pieces are meant to be sheer. Where a piece has lining or opaque panels, the description says where, so nothing about the coverage is a surprise.
How do I care for it?
Hand wash cold, or use a delicates bag on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry, never tumble. That is what keeps the stretch and the shape.
