Band first, cup second. If the band rides up at the back it is too big, not too small, and that is the single most common mistake in this category. Every set lists both.

Rise varies far more than the bra does, and a brief that sits two centimetres lower changes the whole look. The photographs show where each one sits; a size will not move it.

The honest answers

How many pieces do I actually get?

Whatever the title says. A set with no number is two pieces, a bra and a brief. Three-piece and four-piece sets say so in the name, and the description lists every item.

Do the pieces size together?

Yes. The bra and brief are cut to one size logic, so your set size is your set size. Where a set includes a garter belt or stockings, those are adjustable or one-size and the description says which.

Is the garter belt real or decorative?

Real, with working clips, on every set that includes one. It will hold a stocking. Stockings themselves are sold separately unless the set says otherwise.

Can I wear the pieces separately?

That is the point. Each piece is designed to stand on its own, which is the difference between a set worth buying and two things you wear once together.

Is it see-through?

Sheer pieces are meant to be sheer, and the photographs show them as they are. Where a set has lining or opaque panels, the description says where.

How do I care for it?

Hand wash cold, or a delicates bag on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry, never tumble. Lace and embroidery keep their shape that way.
